產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn) |
1、磺基琥珀酸二丁酯鈉鹽是高親水性的陰離子表面活性劑,且具有良好的乳化、分散、濕潤和增容等性能。
2、該產(chǎn)品廣泛用于化妝品、洗滌消毒劑、干洗劑、食品、染料、地毯底布、聚合物合成、涂料、油墨、紡織、電鍍、瀝濾等行業(yè)；尤其是應用于農藥、乳液合成等方面。
3、可用作農藥乳化劑由于SAA-45在自然界極易完全分解，在土壤中殘留物太少，無(wú)造成土地板結的物質(zhì)產(chǎn)生；可用在乳液合成中，它對所有單體，特別對含醋酸乙烯、順丁烯二酸酯、苯乙烯、苯乙烯-丁二烯等單體為基礎體系的乳液聚合中，作為乳化劑、穩定劑來(lái)使用。
4、它更可作為合成膠乳的后添加穩定劑、濕潤劑來(lái)使用，使膠乳獲得較高的表面張力和良好的機械穩定性；因它的濕潤分散性和高表面張力特點(diǎn)，可被用于地毯背膠、單面印刷固漿、制革等行業(yè)。

用法與用量 |
1、建議用量0.5-5.0%，可單獨使用。
2、為獲得最佳性能，建議稀釋后添加，使用量在很大程度上取決于應用體系，建議用戶(hù)在使用前通過(guò)實(shí)驗確定最佳添加量。

包裝與儲存 |
200kg/桶 。貯存在常溫下，避免陽(yáng)光直射，不用時(shí)將容器密封。
保質(zhì)期：常溫下可貯存12個(gè)月以上。

Features |
1. FTRT® SAA-045 is a highly hydrophilic anionic surfactant with good emulsification, dispersion, wetting and compatibilizing properties.
2. This product is widely used in cosmetics, detergents, dry cleaning agents, food, dyes, carpet backing, polymer synthesis, coatings, inks, textiles, electroplating, leaching and other industries, especially in pesticides, emulsion synthesis and so on.
3. It can be used as an emulsifier for pesticides. It is easily decomposed completely in nature. It has few residues in the soil and contains no substances that can cause soil compaction. It can be used in emulsion synthesis, as an emulsifier and stable for all monomers, especially for emulsion polymerization based on monomers containing vinyl acetate, maleate, styrene, styrene-butadiene, etc.
4. It can be used as a post-additive stabilizer and wetting agent for synthetic latex to obtain high surface tension and good mechanical stability of the latex. Due to its wet dispersibility and high surface tension, it can be used in carpet backing, single-sided printing solids, tanning and other industries.

Usage and dosage |
1. The recommended dosage is 0.5-5.0%, which can be used alone.
2. For best performance, it is recommended to add after dilution. The amount of use depends on the application system. It is recommended to determine the optimum amount by experiment before use.

Packaging and storage |
200kg / drum. Store at room temperature, avoid direct sunlight, and seal the container when not in use.
Shelf life: It can be stored for more than 12 months at room temperature.
